12 Labours Barbell: Next Cycle Information

If you’re looking for a program outside of the usual workouts involving more lifting, look no further than 12 Labours Barbell. One branch of 12 Labours Barbell is the Strength program.

This program is geared towards individuals who enjoy the strength progressions during regular classes but want more. It is also a great tool for those who want to learn better movement and more efficiency with the core power movements.

The program runs at BWI. We've included all the information here for those who are interested in starting this program!

The Basics:

The Strength Program is a 12-week progression focusing on:

· Squat

· Bench Press

· Deadlift

· Strict Press

12 Labours Strength is based off of a 2-day per week program. Each session is dedicated to perfecting the movements while also focusing on core strength. Conditioning is also included every week; working between sprints, auxiliary circuits, and heavy MetCons. This is a great training addition for those looking to gain some strength before the Open.

At the end of the cycle, participants will have a total day to test their 1RM of Squat, Bench, and Deadlift. Get the PR board ready!

Class Times & More Information

The new cycle starts Tuesday, December 6th, 2016.

Classes are on Tuesday/Thursday 5pm-7pm

Members who can’t make scheduled class times are allowed to attend open gym hours to complete their workout for the day.
