New Class: Introducing 12L Sweat

We're launching a new program at 12 Labours CrossFit BWI geared toward those who are short on time, but not-so-short on motivation to move:

12L Sweat.

This 45-minute high-intensity class combines interval and strength training to give you a total-body workout without the time commitment. Each week is a little different than before, keeping your body guessing and your workout interesting.

Unlike the typical CrossFit group classes, you will not focus on barbell movements. 12L Sweat focuses mostly bodyweight and supplemental weight training- simply put: no barbells.

12L Sweat is designed to help you challenge yourself, gain strength and get toned. We’ll provide the workout and motivation, all you need to do is show up.

Join us: 12L Sweat times

  • Wednesday 1:00-1:45pm
  • Saturday 10:00-10:45am
  • Current Members: Unlimited members are welcome to join 12L Sweat- no extra registration necessary.
  • 2x/Week Members: You can purchase a 12L Sweat-specific punch card.
  • Non-Members: Join us too! We have punchcard options for anyone looking for a good workout! (...and we have showers for you to clean up before heading back to work)
