Resolution Games 2016 Workouts

We are a one week away from the third annual Resolution Games at 12 Labours CrossFit. This time, teams will take on a series of three workouts to test strength, speed, and strategy.

WOD 1.0 & 1.1

1.0: 0:00 - 6:00 min.

Each person finds a 1RM Clean and Jerk

1.1: 6:00 - 15:00 min.

2k Max Effort Row- both team members must row. Work can be split up however you like.

Both events will be scored individually.
