Join us at 12 Labours BWI on Thanksgiving-eve for some pre Turkey Day fitness. We'll be running heats of the classic CrossFit benchmark, the Filthy Fifty.
Whether you're an experienced CrossFitter or are new, we have options and scales for everyone. The main workout consists of the following movements. We can scale weights and reps as necessary.
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Hip extensions*
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Double unders
Members and non-members are welcome to join the workout.
* The original Filthy Fifty prescribes back extensions, we will be running this workout with hip extensions instead.
