A firm grasp of the fundamentals is essential for the safety and effectiveness of the CrossFit programming. This is where the Elements Beginners Program comes in. We need to spend more time with new athletes to give them a solid grounding in the fundamentals.
Once you have completed the Free Introductory Fitness Consultation, you can choose the ELEMENTS Beginners Program (group or individual) that fits your personal preferences and goals.
