We always start everyone with a one-on-one private consultation with one of our trainers. You'll get a comprehensive introduction to CrossFit and the 12 Labours difference, including:

  • A first-hand answer to the question “What is CrossFit?
  • A movement screening to evaluate your fitness level so we can appropriately scale workout loads and intensity
  • Details about the safe, functional movements that will make you more fit
  • A sample CrossFit Workout of the Day (WOD)
  • An opportunity to sign up for our ELEMENTS program
  • Answers to any questions you might have

STEP TWO

Begin the ELEMENTS Program

A firm grasp of the fundamentals is essential for the safety and effectiveness of the CrossFit programming. This is where the Elements Beginners Program comes in. We need to spend more time with new athletes to give them a solid grounding in the fundamentals.

Once you have completed the Free Introductory Fitness Consultation, you can choose the ELEMENTS Beginners Program that fits your personal preferences and goals.
