Amanda is a former D1 athlete who found CrossFit in 2014. She enjoys heavy lifting and always tries to avoid making workouts too serious. Find her coaching at 12 Labours Annapolis and training with the 12 Labours Competitors crew. She enjoys beaches, donuts, funky dance moves, and firmly believes that coffee is the best source of nutrients.
