Dale Ryan Thompson


I started out training at your typical, run of the mill “Globo Gym.” I wanted to get “HUGE,” but by chance found Kettlebells in 2006 and realized that “HUGE” was more like fat and out of shape. I trained hard and saw dramatic changes in my physique. My mindset changed. I was more interested in achieving athletic potential and functionality.

I completed the Russian Kettlebell Challenge that year but more importantly I met Doug Chapman, owner of HyperfitUSA. He introduced me to CrossFit and its methodology. I was hooked. When I got home I took my kettlebells and did all the CrossFit WOD’s with them. Damn! I was still out of shape. A fire was lit. I needed to know more.

CrossFit is how I train. I delve everything into learning and becoming a better Coach.
