Join us on Saturday, April 25th for an introduction to 12 Labours CrossFit.
The workout is open to the entire community whether you're new to the area, new to CrossFIt, or just looking to change up your weekend routine.
What to expect:
1. Get to know us!- We'll kick off the morning with a quick introduction of some of the coaches and our training and coaching philosophy.
2. Get to know each other!- We like to keep it social, so you'll get the chance to workout with total strangers.... who won't be so 'total strangers' by the end of the morning.
3. Workout- We will do a group warmup and explain all movements in the workout. It is meant to challenge you, but also meet you where you are. The workout is universally scaleable-
meaning: all levels are welcomed!
