  • Contact us by phone, email or any of the contact forms on the website.
  • Ask us questions about our program and how it works to get a general understanding on how CrossFit makes people more fit.
  • Attend our FREE one-on-one Intro class — you choose your appointment time.
  • Sign up for Foundations.
  • Start attending 12 Labours Group Workouts regularly.
