At 12 Labours CrossFit, we believe in embracing the process. In fact, our brand actually represents the process. "12 Labours" refers to the virtuous struggle that Hercules went through during his 12 Labours, which ultimately led to him embodying the Greek notion of Pathos (which means "what happens to a person" in life).

While each person's path — and personal struggles — may be different, many of us share the same life-long goal of becoming the best version of ourselves. When it comes to CrossFit, your personal paths may require special programs and processes to help you achieve your goals.

Our strength class is crazy-fun and full of warriors who brave the rain, sun and snow to become better athletes. If you haven’t seen them out doing overheard walking lunges, sled pulls, prowler pushes or barbell lifts, you're missing out!

CrossFit Kids was founded in 2004 by Jeff and Mikki Martin and is a method for teaching Greg Glassman’s CrossFit to children, ages 3-18. Based on the principle of Mechanics => Consistency => Intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence.

12 Labours Sweat

This 45-minute high-intensity class combines interval and strength training to give you a total-body workout. 12L sweat is designed to help you challenge yourself, gain strength and get toned. We’ll provide the workout and motivation, all you need to do is show up. Your first class is always free.

In some cases athletes need and want specifically tailored programs to fit their needs and maximize performance. We offer both remote and on-site individual program design for athletes. Both options begin with an Assessment phase to develop a plan and understand the athlete’s specific needs, background, goals and level of ability.
