12 Labours Specialty Seminars

Our community is constantly trying to improve, it's awesome to see such a motivated group of athletes. To help fuel that motivation, we hold seminars and workouts multiple times each month that include deadlift clinics, gymnastics seminars, nutrition challenges and everything in between.
