This means that your 12 Labours CrossFit coach has endured over six months of coaching development before they started teaching classes. So every time you take a class at 12 Labours CrossFit, you are receiving the attention, safety, and instruction that you deserve at a fitness facility such as this.


We firmly believe that quality coaching not only helps athletes grow, but continues fostering an athletic community of positive support where you can ultimately flourish. We can describe a multitude of differences here, but the best way to test see is to join us for an intro or a class.

Being at the top of the sport of CrossFit for quite some time now, we have made it our mission to help those looking to get in the best shape of their life.


Whether that is someone looking to compete in the sport of CrossFit, or someone just looking for a fitness regimen that fits their busy schedule, we have the program for you.

professional staff

The 12 Labours CrossFit coaching staff has one thing in common, and that is a burning passion to help others reach their fitness goals. With decades of experience between both our Full-Time and Part-Time staff we are here to help you on your journey.


Each staff member has their own story, with different backgrounds/experiences that give the staff as a whole a complete spectrum to connect with our clients. 


Our core principles/techniques are the same across all staff, but each staff member having their own style and personality to make it their hour on the floor. Click below to read more about each of our staff members.

programs and offerings

It is no secret that group classes are our bread and butter. We believe that group class is an integral part of the CrossFit journey, building relationships, motivating each other, and working with like minded individuals to help one another reach fitness goals.


With that being said, there are many paths to a goal, and some of those require some special attention. We offer a multitude of specialty programs to include Olympic Weightlifting, personal training, competitors programming and more. 


Along with our fitness programs, we offer Nutrition Counseling , Life Coaching, Individualized Programming, CrossFit Kids, Clinics, Goal Setting and more. Someones fitness goals can be complex, we want to make sure you have access to the programs you need to achieve those!

programming

Class programming is always a big question mark for a lot of people, especially when trying to understand what the purpose of it is, how much should they workout, what movements should they be doing, etc.  Our class programming is split into two groups, Sport and Fitness.


We split with the sole purpose of making sure our community is given the response intended for the skill level they are at.


This mixed in with our coaches being the delivering tool, makes sure all of our athletes are placed in the right place to succeed. No more thinking what you are going to do at the gym on any given day, all you have to do is show up and we take care of the rest. Knowing that you are following a well thought out, tested, and successful program to get you into the best shape of your life.

events & workshops

Being at 12 Labours CrossFit gives you access to a ton of events that range anywhere from fundraisers, social mixers, workshops, inter-gym competitions and more.


One month we might be doing a Lifestyle Challenge to get those eating habits in line, and the next we might be doing a workout for a non-profit organization.


We try to give a broad mix of events that play on the needs of our community, but no matter the event, we can promise you they are all built around the foundation of building the 12 Labours Community.
