This is a process we have for all new athletes coming to 12 Labours CrossFit with no previous CrossFit experience. Over years of experience we have found this to be the most successful process for the athlete.


It gives us 1 on 1 time with an athlete to develop an understanding of what you are looking for, and what your fitness goals are.


Building this foundation is vital in an athletes journey towards a healthier lifestyle, and we believe this is the best approach for beginners.
