12 Labours Barbell will provide programming and coaching to emphasize proper mechanics and progression of both Olympic lifting and Powerlifting movements, including the snatch, clean and jerk, back squat, bench press and deadlift. 


This program will focus on developing strength and proper technique within these lifts, along with providing appropriate accessory strength movements to maximize mobility and stability within the lifts. 


The 12 Labours Barbell program is meant for anyone who wants to learn how to lift better, not just those who would like to compete.
