12 Labours Athlete Camp

 

The Athlete Camp

We are excited to introduce the 12 Labours Athlete Camp at the Columbia District. Coach Jeff will provide athletes with a competitive spirit to train together every Saturday morning on a weekly recurring basis. These training sessions will be held from 10:00AM - 12:00PM starting Saturday, September 11th.

Whether you are training for an upcoming local competition, online qualifier, MACC FEST, or the CrossFit Open, setting aside time to train in a team environment can help you stay accountable towards your competitive goals.

This training camp is welcome to athletes from the surrounding local area, including non-members. If you are interested, please fill out the interest form below. For additional questions or concerns, please email info@the12labours.com.

- Show up and warmup

B) 10:30 AM - 10:40 AM
Build to heavy complex:
- 1 Clean + 2 FS + 1 Split Jerk

C1 & C2) 10:45 AM - 11:30 AM
C1) Indy Chipper (85%):
- 1K row
- 50 WB (30/20)
- 40 Alt KB Snatch (53/35)
- 30 GHD
- 20 BMU
- 10 DL @ 315
*Partner up for part C2 in order of C1 finish

C2) Partner Chipper (85%)
- Row 2K (switch every 200m)
- 100 synchro WB (20/14)
- 50 synchro T2B
- 250 DU (each, UB sets of 25 together)
- 12 alt LLRC (RC)

D) 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM
NFT (Accessory):
D1) 200m plate pinch walk (25/15)
*every break switch to D2 and do:
- 15 single DB bicep curls (35/20)

D2) Accumulate 3min HS hold
*every break switch to D1 and do:
- 15 DB tricep extension (50/35)
