12 Labours CrossFit memberships include access to complimentary yoga sessions on a weekly recurring basis. Members will use the yoga sessions to unwind from a long week, become more flexible, and recovery from training.

Get To Know Mandy

Mandy Jellerichs, Annapolis, MD (from Denver, CO) 

With an extensive background in running and triathlons, Mandy didn’t think yoga would be for her. She was so surprised at the mind and body connection yoga created and how good she felt. She realized she could find a balance between sport and yoga. Her goal was to attend a couple of yoga classes to work on her flexibility. Well, 7 years later she just completed her International Yoga Certification in Tantra, Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga and is teaching yoga now.

Mandy’s classes are powerful, playful and heartful and she teaches in an authentic, non-judgmental teaching style. She believes yoga can be for everyone.

While she is off the mat, she teaches at Anne Arundel Community College in the Health Wellness department, as well as, teaches fitness classes online. Also, she is a running and triathlon coach. Her free time lately has been spent on trying to complete 50 marathons in 50 states, enjoying the challenge of CrossFit at 12 Labours and hiking/walking on weekends with her husband, John.
