FAVORITE 12 LABOURS MEMORY

Competing at the CrossFit Games in 2016 and 2017 for the 12 Labours Lions. Specifically, standing on the podium in 2016 which was a goal I had set for myself when I started. 

My other favorite memory was the 2015 Resolution Games; that was the day I realized the power and depth of the community here.

WHY DO I COACH?

I coach to help people realize their full potential as human beings. This starts with having a healthy body and mind to pursue all of their other endeavors. I also believe the mental fortitude and confidence gained by setting goals and accomplishing them within our walls permeates into many other aspects of your life. As a coach I love watching people accomplish things they never thought they were capable of inside and outside of the gym. 


INTERESTING FACT

Oldest of 9 kids, my youngest brother is 15 years younger than me.
