Favorite 12 Labours Memory

2019 Murph - Luke was able to come back to the gym for the first time in almost 6 months and it was great to be able to work out with him, see him back with the community, and enjoy time spent that weekend with all of our friends.

Occupation

Owner MOD Nutrition, Fitness Coach. I opened MOD Nutrition in 2016 which originally started as a to-go meal prep company where I made 200 meals each weekend and then slowly began to mold into a remote coaching program where I now serve remote clients across the country and offer numerous nutrition and fitness programs.

interesting fact

I never started playing sports until High School because I was too shy. I danced in middle school but was never interested in sports. I always enjoyed running and playing field hockey in PE class so I figured I would try out for the team once I got to high school.

Why do I coach?

I love seeing athletes accomplish something they once thought they couldn't and watch them start to believe in themselves. It is a great experience to meet different people and form relationships with them through fitness
