FAVORITE 12 LABOURS MEMORY:
Last year I was able to travel with the 12 Labours Barbell team and see everyone compete at the North American Open Finals for Olympic Weightlifting. It was absolutely amazing to watch my teammates crush their goals and throw around some heavy weights...really well.
OCCUPATION:
I have been a physical therapist for almost 10 years.
INTERESTING FACT:
One of my areas of expertise is in breast cancer rehabilitation and I am currently writing about using CrossFit (high intensity functional fitness) to help rebuild strength and endurance after breast cancer.
WHY DO I COACH:
I have a lot of passion for helping people move better, and making movement accessible to everyone. I like helping every person in class feel they are working hard and moving well, no matter where they are in their fitness journey. I love being able to provide scales, modifications and progressions of movements to help each person reach their goals.
