Doing my first Hero Workout at 12 Labours. “Hotshots 19”. Watching so many of our best athletes do that workout together was a catalyst for me and I’ll never forget it.
WHY DO I COACH?
I enjoy sharing the knowledge that has been passed along to me. Working with our athletes to help them achieve their fitness goals is a truly gratifying experience.

Helping one of our athletes get their first Toes to Bar. I was just as excited about it as she was, and it was a great reminder of why we do what we do as coaches.Doing my first Hero Workout at 12 Labours. “Hotshots 19”.
