FAVORITE 12 LABOURS MEMORY:
It was a bit intimidating to walk into 12L; it has a reputation as being competitive and having lots of badass athletes. I found it to be pretty welcoming & the members to be friendly and helpful.
And there are alot of badass athletes! I was so excited to learn that Josh had been thinking about starting a class for older people, so I knew I had come to the right place.
OCCUPATION:
Registered nurse, although most of my work now is consulting and teaching.

My husband and I built our house with our own four hands
WHY DO I COACH?
Just like when I teach, I love giving the people I'm working with the confidence to know that they can master something. I've always believed that it starts with the relationship we build with our students/athletes, and if you get the relationship right, everything else falls into place.
There's nothing more rewarding than helping an athlete get their first rope climb, improve their rowing technique, PR a lift, etc
