FAVORITE 12 LABOURS MEMORY

My first time doing Murph three weeks after starting as a member at 12 Labours. Seeing a rig set up outside and the entire community coming together to honor a hero who made the ultimate sacrifice is an unforgettable experience.


Volunteering as a judge at MACC FEST and representing 12 Labours out on the competition floor all weekend long.

I've completed 10+ GORUCK Challenge events, including multiple marathons with a 20+ lb ruck.


WHY DO I COACH?

From my first day as a member at 12 Labours, the community welcomed me with open arms and made coming to the gym the best part of my day. Our coaches invest so much time and energy into making the CrossFit experience the best it can possibly be, and especially making sure that all of our members move well across every facet of functional movements. I'm excited to be part of something bigger than myself and continue to share with our community the incredible knowledge that I've gained from all of the different coaches who have made me who I am today.
