Favorite 12 Labours Memory

In my first 6 months at 12 Labours, my favorite memory so far has been the Pumpkin Carving Social. It was my first event outside of working out at the gym and I enjoy meeting people from other classes and getting to talk without breathing hard.

occupation

I am a fire protection engineer responsible for the design, installation, and commissioning of fire protection systems and code consulting for large commercial building design. I love the hands-on nature of designing sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, clean agent systems and water-mist systems. I am a registered Fire Protection Engineer in Maryland, Tennessee, and Kentucky.

interesting fact

I am a cold weather guy. I love cold weather sports and activities including hockey, shoveling snow, and skiing.

Why do I coach?

I love to help people reach their full potential. It is a lot of fun to me to connect with different people in different ways and help them reach their own personal goals. I enjoy trying to find the small cues for different people, and seeing those lightbulb moments where it all comest together!

If you didn't do your current profession, what would you want to do?

I would love to be a mechanic. I love to work on cars, boats, and anything with a motor, and using critical thinking skills to diagnose and fix issues is a lot of fun to me. I am a shade tree mechanic, but having the training and skills to work through issues would be a fun and rewarding career!
