She began rowing in high school and picked it back up after having kids. After a season, she joined the competitive rowing team for Baltimore Rowing Club. She decided to try CrossFit as a means to train through the winter and fell in love with the sport, methodology and the community.

Why do I coach?

Coaching evolved during COVID. I would invite my neighbors over to workout with us during the shut down. I fell in love with sharing my passion for health and fitness and went on to become certified so I could teach proper mechanics and prevent injury. Connecting with members and making a positive impact in their day is very rewarding.
